And When Moses came to meet Us, his Lord spoke to him; he said: "My Lord! You appear before me, I may look into You". He said: "You can never see Me; however you look into the mountain, if it remains in its place, then you can see Me". When his Lord manifested on the mountain, He made it flattened, and Moses fainted, when he recovered his sense he said: "Glory be to you! I have turned into You, and I am the first of the believers!"
No one can see the Lord in this world with eyesight. But the believers who testify Adhikr which is the Insight can see the Lord with the soul as explained in verses 6: 103- 104. Only such a believer can see his Lord's face brightly at the time of his death as told in verses 75: 22-23. The believer can see the Lord with his eyes only in Paradise. It is told in verse 59: 21: "If Lord had sent this Reading (Adhikr) upon a mountain, surely you could see it humbly itself breaking asunder for the owe of Lord, Lord is putting forward such parables for the mankind so that they may become meditating and reflecting". By reading together verses 7: 143 and 59: 21, the believer endowed with the intelligence can understand that Best Book Adhikr resembles Lord. So whomever holdfasts Adhikr, he did holdfast Lord and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verses 5: 48.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are hiding and rejecting Adhikr. So they will witness against their soul that indeed they were disbelievers as explained in verse 7: 37. They will see Satan's face sadly and gloomily at the time of their death as told in verse 75: 24. The Fujjar will never see the Lord as there will be an unseen veil between the Lord and them as told in verse 83: 15. See explanation 4: 69-70, 82, 174-175, and 7: 205-206.
